I have just looked at this web page about newspaper design with various papers around the world but the inspiring bit is the video at the bottom from the TED conference. The conference is a exchange of ideas, this one is by a designer from the Eastern Block who's redesign of one of several newspapers won the Press Awards Best Newspaper in the World.
